Применяя коучинг, люди достигают своих целей намного быстрее и эффективнее. Коучинг — движение к целям и достижение их. Коуч у клиента, как тренер у спортсмена, в одном лице совмещает много талантов и нацелен на результат и победу своего чемпиона. Коуч задает много различных вопросов и помогает найти клиенту самый лучший способ для достижения желаемого.

Иногда это похоже на подготовку к олимпийским играм. Долгие и частые тренировки. А потом победа — Золотая медаль! И оно того стоило!

И это очень вдохновляет продолжать еще побеждать и жить в счастье и радости и достатке.

Вкус победы снова манит, стимулирует и помогает справляться во время тренировок с трудностями.

Бывает так, что клиент не знает, как сформулировать свой запрос и не конкретно понимает свою проблему. Это смущает и останавливает и он не обращается за помощью. Так и можно начинать свой запрос, со слов: «Я не знаю, что конкретно меня беспокоит или что я хочу, но что-то хочу…», этого достаточно для профессионала.

В жизни для гармонии должно быть много всего и хватать времени и энергии на всё это. По колесу баланса можно проверить, подкорректировать и за этим следить. Семья, здоровье, работа, отдых, обучение, путешествия, друзья, духовность, спорт, уход за собой, хобби, достаток. Как вы думаете, всего ли достаточно в вашей жизни?

С какими запросами приходят к коучу? И уходят с решениями.

С различными запросами, например:
